Job description

Under the general guidance and supervision of the Lobby Host Supervisor within the limits of established policies and procedures of the Holiday Inn Brussels Airport - SKOJ, guiding the customers during their check-in and check-out and make them feel very welcome.

As Lobby Host you are the first point of contact for our guests. You are responsible for welcoming and assisting in setting the tone for a guest’s experience through the process of check in and out of hotel. You provide excellent Guest Services by treating guests with courtesy and respect in a variety of situations. Additionally you also perform administrative tasks.


You are guest friendly, stress-resistant and flexible. You can multi-task well and you have a very good knowledge of English, Dutch and French.
You live in or near the Brussels Area.
